Cerebral Gibberish

It looks like there is a security issue in WordPress v2.3.2 that could allow unauthorized updates of posts. Well, we can’t have that now can we. CG is now running WordPress v2.3.3. Woot!

CG is now running WordPress v2.3.2.

I’ve upgraded WordPress to the latest version (v2.3.1) to go along with the server upgrade. I’ll have to do some reading to see what new features I can utilize now.

Well, it took a little longer then expected but I wanted to try a few things out configuration wise before going into production. In any case, everything looks like it transfered cleanly to the new server. I’m sure I’ll be doing a little fine tuning here and there but as is, things seem pretty zippy compared to the old server. If any one does notice any problems, let me know. Thanks

My friend Casey donated a beast of a server which will soon host both of our websites once I get it up and running. Hopefully this will speed up the sites, especially the photo gallery. The server did have one problem, which was how Casey was able to acquire it but after working on the server on and off today, I was able to fix it so it is as good as new. Now I just have to install the OS and get everything configured. Hopefully CentOS 5 supports all the hardware from the get-go. That will make the whole process so much simpler. Stay tuned!

Woohoo!!.. I Cleaned my office at the home and can see carpet again. That is all.

We are now running WordPress v2.2.3.. Long live the bug fixes.

W00h00.. CG is all patched up again.. Better late then never..

Woot.. Looks like the upgrade did not blowup the site. Yeah!

CG has been upgraded to WordPress v2.2 and WPG2 v2.1.2 and everything looks like it is still working. Yeah!
